Confidentiality- Privacy Policy
At Magic Murals we respect your privacy. We do not sell or share our customer information under any circumstances.

SHIPPING
To maintain an extensive choice of children's murals, we have a number of suppliers. All of the products we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer or local distributor in the USA to your door. In some cases, this may mean that some of the items in your order will arrive separately or at different times.

Our shopping cart is mainly set up for shipping within the USA and Canada. If you would like to have a product shipped elsewhere in the world, please contact us for a shipping cost and we can arrange to ship the mural to you.

• Items are generally shipped within 5-7 business days within the USA.
• Personalised items may take as long as 10 business days.
• Items are shipped via UPS, United States postal service, (USPS) or FedEx.
• UPS, Fedex, or Common Carrier will not ship to a PO Box. A physical location is required.
  

Shipping and Handling Policies
Every effort is made to process and ship orders from our suppliers premises within 48hours (excluding weekends).
Customised orders and sticker murals may require additional time.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service after the packages leave our premises.

Typically, orders will take between 5 and 7 working days within the USA once they leave the premises to reach you, but we cannot guarantee this as the postal service is out of our control.

If you need an order urgently, (in less than 10days) please contact us before ordering so that we can get you an expediated quote for delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

Magic Mural Factory stands behind the quality of our DIY mural products. Please read the following return policy.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your mural selection, please contact us to obtain an authorization code and we will gladly exchange your unused mural for another. Refunds are available for 30 days on murals purchased directly through us.

• Refunds do not include postage.
  
• No return will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice/shipping date.
• No refunds will be given for used murals, customization fees or custom murals. Return shipping charges will be returned at your expense.
• All approved returns MUST be shipped back to the address supplied with the authorization code, in the original shipping box and packaged properly to prevent damage to the merchandise. Magic Mural Factory will not be responsible for any damage to the merchandise caused by mishandling, misuse or improper packaging of a return. If damage is incurred due to these reasons no credit or refund will be issued.

We can only provide credit for those items that arrive safely at our office. We strongly recommend that you mail returns with some form of insurance and tracking service.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Manufacture's damages or defects must be reported to us upon receipt of the goods. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MURAL/STENCILS/ROOM KITS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING IT. NO DEFECT/DAMAGED return will be accepted after 14 days from the invoice/shipping date.

UNOPENED OR UNUSED MERCHANDISE may be returned within 30 days of receipt and only with a proper authorization code.
Authorization codes and return address can be obtained by
e-mailing our office. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE AUTHORIZATION CODE. There will be a 15% restocking fee on paint by number murals.
